The Everest Mission- The goals and foresight which Max and Ari envisioned and truly believed in from the inception, was to be able to better the living conditions of our tenants on the properties we acquire and to be able to add amenities that they can use on a daily basis. Such as: a gym to work out in, a business center to do their work or homework, a clubhouse to host family events, a playground to let their kids enjoy and the list goes on and on.
Our tenants, who pay our bills and give us our jobs, have the right to come home after a long day of work or wake up to begin their day and feel safe and proud of where they live. They should be happy to call one of Everest’s properties their home. We want our tenants who are the most crucial part of our properties to be able to have friends and relatives come by and visit, spend time with their family members and again, be proud of where they live. Everest’s properties are where we want our residents to proudly say, “This is where I grew up as a child,” or “This is the best place to raise our children.” This is our mission. This is what an Everest Property is about.
Everest Equities Group, Principal-Ari Rothman has been active in the real estate field since 2010 primarily in the Distressed/Conventional Multifamily market, C+/C- class properties. Ari has acquired & managed in excess of 5,000 units across several portfolios primarily in the Southeast/Southwest region.
THE EVEREST APPROACH
In 2017, Ari Rothman along with his partner Max Gordon formed Everest Equities Group, LLC While seeing a strong opportunity with a focus to acquire B-/C+ multi-family complexes with an emphasis on secondary/tertiary/submarkets.
Since inception through 2019 Everest Equities Group has scaled in growth, and has purchased in excess of $150mm portfolio.
THE EVEREST STRATEGY
Everest Equities Group seeks vintage built properties with prior long term ownership/mgmt. The markets we buy & own are within a one to two-hour drive from any prime airport. Our strategy is, that with the proper oversight we can reduce expenses & cater to an array of tenants seeking rental housing. Our philosophy is to achieve higher rents through a value add plan.

Ari together with his partner Max has a combined experience of over 25 years with hands-on management of multi-family properties, which include, LIHTC, HUD, LURA, THDA, Garden Style, as well as tower buildings. With the experience and background, while being involved in the day to day management, we have been able to reduce costs, while raising property standards and increasing our tenants satisfaction.
